2. Payment Security
Payment credentials should be entered directly into the secure payment processor or approved payment interface. Customers should never send full card numbers, CVV codes, PINs, or online-banking passwords through email or support chat.
3. Remote Session Security
Remote support tools should be used only for the requested support purpose. Customers should verify that they are communicating with Office Tech Care through an expected channel before authorizing remote access or discussing account information.
4. Access Control
Access to customer information should be limited to personnel and service providers who reasonably require it for support, administration, security, compliance, or related business functions.
5. Incident Handling
