Billing & Dispute Resolution

1. Billing Questions

For questions about a charge, customers should provide the name used on the order, email address, invoice or order reference, transaction date, and the reason for the inquiry. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.

2. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

We will compare the reported transaction with our payment and order records. If a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, we may correct the transaction or issue a refund through the applicable payment channel.

3. Service-Related Disputes

For a service concern, we may review the service description, quote/invoice, authorization record, communications, appointment or ticket records, completion records, and applicable refund terms. Where a legitimate service issue is identified, we may provide clarification, corrective support, an adjustment, or refund as appropriate to the circumstances.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

Reports of unauthorized transactions are treated seriously. We may review available authorization records, payment information, communications, and transaction history and will handle the matter according to applicable law, processor requirements, and payment-network rules.

5. Chargeback or Payment Dispute Rights

Customers may use any dispute process available to them under applicable law or payment-network rules. We ask customers to contact us first when practical so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue directly. This is a request for an opportunity to resolve the matter, not a waiver of any customer right.

6. Records

For legitimate transactions, we may retain contemporaneous records showing the service ordered, amount, customer authorization, service delivery or completion, customer communications, and any refund or billing correction. Records should be maintained accurately and must not be fabricated, backdated, or selectively altered.
